Cinema Liaison

As a key representative, you will be responsible for interacting with building management, staff, and customers, fostering a positive experience and addressing concerns with empathy.

• Be the face of our cinema – interact with building management, staff, and customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing concerns with professionalism.
• Promote our cinema on social media & engage influencers to increase brand visibility.
• Organize events, activations, and special previews to drive ticket sales.
• Maintain a strong brand image through consistent messaging and engaging content.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing / PR / Hospitality / Media.
• An active online presence with a strong following.
• A positive personality with excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong relationships with PR professionals and social media influencers.
• Flexibility in working hours and a passion for cinema and entertainment.
