  • Design and implement programs that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition.
• Talent Acquisition and Retention:
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent aligned with our company values.
  • Create long-term retention strategies, including growth opportunities, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition.
• Performance Management and Development:
  • Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes to drive development and accountability.
  • Partner with leaders to identify learning and development opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
• Policy Compliance and Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Streamline people operations and documentation through efficient systems.
• Employer Branding:
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand on platforms like Glassdoor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build a reputation as a workplace of choice.
