Job Description

This role involves overseeing cross-functional initiatives, utilizing strong leadership and communication skills to drive results. You will be responsible for understanding business goals, initiating programs, measuring progress, risk management, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program scope, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering teams for smooth deployments, execution of go-to-market plans, and rollout of new features.
  • Engage effectively with engineering teams, understand high-level designs and low-level designs, ask questions, and facilitate informed discussions.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of communication and understanding.
  • Identify and mitigate potential technical risks that could impact program success. Develop contingency plans and ensure program resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and seek their support when needed.
  • Track key program metrics, create dashboards and visualizations, and generate reports to monitor progress and measure success.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end quarterly planning cycle, including pushing product team to get BRD from business teams, coordinating with Product to gather concept notes or PRDs, working with Design team to obtain wireframes or sketches, collaborating with Engineering to conduct grooming sessions, capacity planning, and finalize feature list for upcoming quarter.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of industry experience in program management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
  • High attention to detail by prioritizing multiple programs simultaneously and delivering in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
