**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage project progress and budgets, and collaborate with business stakeholders.

This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation, integration, and enhancement of a point-of-sale system within a retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, architects, and the product team. Allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines.
  • Promote and implement best practices for software development and project management. Regularly review and refine processes to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases. Generate and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in IT; preferred 2+ years of program management experience.
  • 5+ years of project management and/or related experience.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience managing agile projects.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into roadmaps.
  • Proven experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.
