Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Interior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of retail interior projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within agreed financial and time constraints.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing client concerns, providing regular updates, and managing expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting, familiarity with CAD software, and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to manage client expectations, deliver high-quality results, and ensure client satisfaction.
