We are seeking a skilled Design Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing local support and knowledge during the design development process, monitoring project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity, and coordinating effectively with clients and vendors to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design process by providing local information, conducting site analysis, research, data collection, and benchmarking studies.
  • Understand the design intent and company portfolio, ensuring quality participation during execution.
  • Document design fidelity and quality issues in written reports and escalate to senior management when not addressed by vendors or clients.
  • Coordinate between clients and designers to provide best possible solutions to execution issues and build client confidence.
  • Analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not captured in drawings.
  • Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Preferred qualifications include wide experience as a Design Coordinator with expertise in executing interior projects and prior site execution experience.

Additional skills include Revit proficiency.
