Project coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution and communication of projects.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing project quotes, managing design changes, coordinating with clients for approvals and progress updates, maintaining project files, acting as a single point of contact, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

Additionally, project coordinators assist in final billing and closure of project accounts and support project managers and executives with administrative requirements.

To excel in this role, one must possess excellent organizational skills, strong client communication, and a deep understanding of project processes. Relevant experience in interior execution or related fields is also beneficial.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD drawings is required, along with fluency in English and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Prepare and review project quotes, BOQs, and budgets
  • Manage design changes and update documentation
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals and progress updates
  • Maintain all project-related files and documentation
  • Act as the single point of contact for major clients
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts
  • Support project managers and executives with administrative requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of AutoCAD drawings
  • Experience: Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields
