Senior Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

This role demands strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, managing timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications, maintaining accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards, proactively identifying risks or roadblocks and resolving issues without compromising project goals.
  • Manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing transparent communication and timely updates through regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution, with proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details, with proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/SketchUp.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
