
Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality CASA variants and revenue acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire Quality Higher CASA variants by identifying and sourcing qualified and activated Higher CASA variants.
- Achieve CASA Values by acquiring CASA AMB in accounts sourced during the month.
- Drive Revenue Acquisition through cross-selling Life Insurance products, Mutual Funds, Gold, Trade/FX, and Assets products.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure complete adherence to our company's personality guidelines at all times.
- Maintain compliance towards Know Your Customer (KYC) and operational risk management.
- Comply with our company's policies and processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Timely escalate any issues impacting business and provide effective solutions to address concerns.
- Ensure the safety and security of our bank's and customers' assets at all times.
- Submit timely MIS reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
