SD-WAN Quality Assurance Specialist

We are committed to protecting the digital way of life by innovating and disrupting traditional methods. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SD-WAN solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to all phases of end-to-end product and solution validation, including system, solution, scale, performance, interoperability, and failover testing.
  • Develop and implement test strategies, architectures, and execution plans for enterprise-scale SD-WAN solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the QA process and ensure continuous quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with DevOps and Technical Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide expert technical guidance.
Requirements
  • 10-18 years of relevant experience with a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Expertise in standard TCP/IP protocols, such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, and IPSec VPNs.
  • Extensive knowledge of networking features like Multicast, IPv6, DNS, NAT, and DHCP.
  • Experience with automation/programming using Python and RestAPIs.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, qemu/kvm, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
