As a seasoned legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in our law department, collaborating closely with business leaders and clients to draft and negotiate contracts for IT services.

We seek LLB-qualified professionals with 5-10 years of experience who have managed APAC as a region and possess expertise in contract law.

Main responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and verifying IT, ITES, technology contracts, agreements, and legal documents. You will also be responsible for examining and negotiating master service agreements, EPC, turnkey contracts, and professional service agreements.

In addition, you will handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors for software licenses, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower.

Your liaison skills will be essential in making contractual correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders, as well as working on amendments or extensions of contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Ultimately, you will be accountable for safeguarding the company's interests in contractual matters, identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet business objectives.
