Executive Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven marketing professional with a strong background in influencer marketing to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in onboarding exclusive creators, managing influencer portfolios, and building long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.

A successful Influencer Marketing Manager must be able to coordinate campaign execution, track deliverables, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard Exclusive Creators: Collaborate with brands to discover and onboard influential creators for brand partnerships.
  • Influencer Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of influencers, primarily on YouTube and Instagram, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies, negotiating deliverables, rates, and timelines.
  • Campaign Coordination: Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
Requirements:
  • Exclusive Influencer Onboarding: An individual who can successfully onboard exclusive Influencers & Artists.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience working with a brand or influencer network is a must.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.
