The Hosteller is a hospitality company that operates hotels and hostels in various locations. We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to join our team.
Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for hiring and onboarding talents in various verticals such as front office, facility (housekeeping, security and engineering), F&B, etc. for the company's day-to-day operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the hospitality industry, including its various functions and human resource needs for both white- and blue-collar positions.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's vision, business expansion plans, and recruitment needs for each hotel/hostel and future pipeline.
- Explore various recruitment channels, including direct hiring portals, agencies, references, colleges, skill development institutes, and freelancers.
- Identify, source, screen, interview, and recruit candidates according to company requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across different hiring departments.
- Ensure candidates are thoroughly briefed about required job roles, company policies, compensation, other benefits, etc.
- Verify candidates' background checks, mental/physical stability, demographics, etc., to ensure they meet hiring criteria.

- Build a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with other team members in the team and ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and identify trends for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Educational background: Graduation or post-graduation in HR, diploma in the relevant field.
- Prior experience in hospitality or related industry.
- Extensive recruitment experience of blue-collar candidates (housekeeping/kitchen/security).
- Prior experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
