Job Summary:

Bonito Designs is seeking a skilled Facility Executive to assist in maintaining and managing our facilities in Thane. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of facility operations, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facility Operations: Support the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Assist in maintenance activities related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other essential systems. Coordinate with vendors for minor repairs and regular upkeep.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, fire safety norms, and environmental guidelines. Assist in conducting periodic safety audits.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party service providers for maintenance and facility-related services.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor facility-related expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Security & Housekeeping: Oversee housekeeping and security staff to ensure cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
- Emergency Preparedness: Assist in implementing emergency response plans and conducting fire drills.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Facility Management or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of building management systems and compliance regulations.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
