Job Overview

The role of Training Program Manager involves developing, implementing and overseeing training initiatives to ensure employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Program Design: Develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and business requirements.
  2. Training Material Creation: Produce engaging and effective training materials including e-learning modules, workshops and manuals.
  3. Instructional Techniques: Utilize various instructional techniques and technologies to maximize learning outcomes.
  4. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels including onboarding for new hires, leadership development and skills enhancement.
  5. Learning Experience Facilitation: Create engaging and interactive learning experiences catering to different learning styles.
  6. Training Needs Assessment: Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
