Cyber Security Trainer Position

Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Trainer to lead our cybersecurity training initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and a passion for educating others.

This role involves creating and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the cybersecurity skills of our employees and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging cybersecurity training programs to employees at all levels.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and create tailored solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to align training with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training and awareness.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt content based on feedback.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to cybersecurity.
