Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation plans for both outbound and inbound channels.
  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic campaign execution, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch impactful campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), including leads, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), funnel conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • A proven track record of driving pipeline growth for software as a service (SaaS) and enterprise technology companies.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, advertising, Google Ads, events, and search engine optimization (SEO)-driven inbound strategies.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Zoho, and campaign performance tools.
