Job Opportunity: Field Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Field Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders and generating databases of eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the local market, including the micro market of the territory, prospect base, and ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for lead generation through various activities such as employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and outreach to unorganized sector workforce.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to create a pool of potential candidates.
  • Travel extensively to outreach locations for lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage end-to-end activities, generate candidate databases, and convince prospects to take up courses and pay training fees.

Admission Process:

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive course information to students.
  • Ensure that the admission process is carried out smoothly and efficiently.

System Updation & Daily Reporting:

  • Maintain systems up-to-date on a regular basis.
  • Conduct daily activity reporting to track progress.
  • Contribute to batch occupancy and launch initiatives.

Overall KPI: Enquiry/Lead Generation, Counselling, Conversion, Payment Collection.
