We are a rapidly growing SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.

Our company has experienced exponential growth over the past year, transitioning from founder-led sales to a lean, high-performing BDR and AE team. With proven outbound engine success in India, we're now hiring a BDR Lead to scale our top-of-funnel efforts.

You'll own our outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of 10 BDRs focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment. We're seeking someone to lead, grow, and optimize this team as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls, continually optimizing our prospecting playbook — from outreach strategies & messaging to cold call scripts and flows.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data insights, and adjust operations accordingly.
  • Lead a team of outbound BDRs, providing coaching, support, and guidance to help them meet their targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a genuine passion for helping team members grow.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and a desire to streamline processes.
  • Ability to think critically, track data, and make adjustments quickly.
