Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

This is a high-impact role where you will own and scale lead generation & e-commerce campaigns across multiple industries. You will work directly with leadership and senior marketers to experiment, test, and see the direct impact of your work.

You will launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands. You will also manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale campaigns to drive measurable business growth
  • Manage performance campaigns across multiple industries
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance daily
  • Test and innovate using structured A/B tests
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets
