Job Title: Team Leader Sales - Closing (Real Estate)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Sales - Closing to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and provide guidance on sales techniques and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of experience in front-end sales; prior real estate exposure preferred
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and delivering high-value closures
  • High confidence, emotional intelligence, and clarity in communication
  • Deep understanding of buyer motivations and objection-handling frameworks
  • Ability to balance field execution with team oversight and internal coordination
  • Resilient, energetic, and goal-oriented — thrives in a high-intensity sales environment
