As a healthcare pioneer, we're seeking an experienced professional to join our dispatch team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying authorized documents, coordinating with patients, and submitting bills online.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Verify authorized documents for ECHS, CGHS, ESI, and PSUs
  2. Coordinate with panel patients for credit facilities
  3. Submit bills online for ECHS, CGHS, and ESI
  4. Reply to online queries for ECHS, CGHS, and ESI
  5. Prepare bills for credit payors, including DGEHS, TPA, and PSUs
  6. Reconcile credit payors with outstanding toolkit
  7. Arbitrate ECHS, CGHS, and ESI matters
  8. Follow up on payments with different PSUs and Govt. panels
  9. Mail follow-ups with UTI and PSUs regarding queries and submissions
  10. Audit credit invoices before submission to ensure required documents are attached
  11. Reconcile dashboards for CGHS, ECHS, and ESI with outstanding toolkit

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in bill dispatch and submission
  • Basic computer operations, including typing, email, and MS-office usage
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
