Role Summary

eClinicalWorks and Salesforce Integration Specialist: We are seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks integration specialist to lead and execute integration projects between healthcare practice management/EHR systems and Salesforce CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eCW, API-based integration strategies, and healthcare data interoperability standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can design, develop, and implement seamless integrations between eClinicalWorks and Salesforce platforms.

Job Description:

Design and develop integrations between eClinicalWorks and Salesforce platforms using APIs, middleware, or custom frameworks.

Ensure smooth data exchange covering patient records, scheduling, billing, and CRM functionality.

Leverage HL7, FHIR, CCD, and other healthcare interoperability standards to ensure secure and accurate data transfer.

Map eCW data models to Salesforce objects and ensure consistent data mapping.

Customize Salesforce to support healthcare workflows, including patient engagement, lead tracking, referral management, and clinical data visualization.

Configure eCW interfaces to meet unique client requirements and optimize system performance.

Ensure HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards are strictly adhered to in all integrations.

Implement role-based access, encryption, and secure data handling procedures.

Work closely with technical architects, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and healthcare stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Provide technical support, documentation, and training for end-users and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (EHR and PM modules) including APIs, interfaces, and data extraction.

Proven experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud preferred).

Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk), APEX, Lightning Components, and custom integrations.

MiddleWare experience (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or custom API gateways) is a plus.

Proficiency with HL7, FHIR, CCD, CDA standards.

Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient data structures, and clinical data management.

Expertise in Java, .NET, or Python for integration components.

Familiarity with SQL, JSON, XML, and scripting tools.
