At our company, we build innovative systems that help ventures scale faster and more efficiently. We're looking for a highly skilled professional who's excited to work at the intersection of data, machine learning, and product development.

We're seeking an individual who can experiment, turn messy data into insights, and power real products in the wild with their models. Key responsibilities include developing machine learning models, collecting and analyzing structured + unstructured data, rapidly testing ideas, and designing experiments to improve model performance.

A successful candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, experience with data pipelines and storage, and a deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and generative AI techniques. Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop machine learning models and data-driven features
  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured + unstructured data
  • Rapidly test ideas and productionize models using MLOps practices
  • Design experiments (A/B tests, evaluation pipelines) and continuously improve model performance

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with data pipelines and storage
  • Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and generative AI techniques
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
