AI Software Development Role

About the Job Opportunity

We foster a fast-paced environment, where we continuously test and scale our applications. You will have the chance to join us early in the development process and play a key role in building and launching multiple AI-based applications.

Our primary objective is to create Minimal Viable Products (MVPs), test their market viability, and if successful, scale them up to production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end AI software applications from concept to working MVP.
  • Experiment with different approaches, frameworks, and models to find the best solutions.
  • Deploy applications quickly and gather feedback from real users to improve them.
  • Iterate rapidly and scale successful applications to production level.
  • Work closely with our founder on product direction and technical strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills and hands-on experience with popular AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
  • Experience in developing and deploying software applications, not just AI models.
  • A willingness to try new ideas, break things, and learn quickly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution, and adapting plans when data indicates a change is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Previous work on AI-driven products, side projects, or startups.
  • Knowledge of full-stack development for rapid prototyping.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and how technology connects to business outcomes.
