Conversational AI Product Lead

This is a senior-level role that involves leading the development and deployment of conversational AI systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end AI product development, strong technical expertise in AI/ML, NLP, and system design, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in AI engineering to develop and deploy conversational AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define and refine user flows and technical requirements.
  • Work with speech recognition and text-to-speech systems for real-time call automation.
  • Integrate with telephony platforms and messaging platforms.
  • Handle backend architecture, data flows, error handling, logging, performance monitoring, and latency optimization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/NLP applications.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end AI product development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to write scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong understanding of backend systems and API integration.
