Job Overview

The Waaree Group is seeking an experienced Solar Energy Sales Strategist to lead our special modules division. This role requires a sales professional with a strong background in solar energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for special and custom solar modules across targeted industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including niche markets that require customized solar solutions like government sectors of Defence and Railways.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Channel Partners, EPCs, project developers, architects, and industrial clients.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Drive Ecommerce Sales in India and Globally.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales with minimum 5 years in solar energy sales.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, custom module design, and integration.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, contract negotiation, and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
