At Coschool, we are building a revolutionary Ed-tech platform that will change the way learning is delivered.

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Expert who will be responsible for driving brand awareness and ensuring our voice is consistent across all channels.

You will conceive, plan, and execute innovative marketing initiatives that capture audience attention, handle partnerships with creative agencies, and shape the overall narrative around our offerings in education and AI.

As a Brand Marketing Expert:

You will:

- Develop, execute, and track end-to-end marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.

- Ideate and lead creation of impactful brand assets including videos, graphics, and written content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality deliverables on time.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

- Own and maintain our brand voice across all platforms, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences.
- Provide brand guidelines and training for internal teams to uphold consistency in communications.

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media shifts, and emerging platforms.
- Identify creative opportunities to integrate our brand into relevant conversations and communities.

- Leverage a deep understanding of different marketing channels (digital, traditional, social, PR, influencer marketing, events etc.) to maximize brand reach.
- Experiment with new channels and assess ROI to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years in brand marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in content ideation and creation, including video, graphic, and editorial storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and market trends.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, manage budgets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in Edtech, emerging technologies, and the potential impact of AI on learning.
