Senior Real Estate Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to support our expanding real estate operations.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior leadership, analyze market trends, and develop strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Support the implementation of sales and leasing strategies.
- Assist in identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients.
- Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients.
- Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to real estate policies.
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures.
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing.
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred.
