Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable real estate investment opportunities. You will be working closely with our field sales team to conduct site visits, stay up-to-date on market trends, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to conduct site visits, identify new business opportunities, and close deals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective time management, prioritization, and negotiation skills

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in telesales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle objections, build rapport with clients, and close deals
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office software
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
