Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager.

  • Bulk and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the lifecycle of any project.
  • Understand and interpret client requirements, ensuring their vision aligns with our execution plan.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Apply knowledge of architectural principles to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Manage client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a good understanding of customer service and relationship management.

A basic knowledge of architectural concepts is an added advantage. The role requires proven expertise in payment follow-ups and revenue generation, as well as eagerness to learn and grow in a sales capacity.
