
Senior Client Liaison

Responsibilities:
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring end-to-end service and satisfaction.
- • Translate client briefs into effective internal execution plans.
- • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver as per expectations.
- • Present proposals, concepts, and post-event reports to clients.
- • Ensure timely communication, updates, and approvals from clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- • Maintain documentation, project trackers, and feedback reports.
- • Handle client escalations with professionalism and speed.
Key Skills Required:
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
- • Exceptional project coordination and multitasking ability.
- • Good presentation skills and confidence in handling senior stakeholders.
- • Knowledge of event flow, production basics, and creative briefs.
Experience & Qualification:
• 3–6 years in client servicing or account management, preferably in events/marketing agencies.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business.
