Key Responsibilities:- Establish trust with your portfolio of major clients by delivering exceptional service and consistently meeting their needs and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of client requirements and identify opportunities to propose solutions that meet their objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and anticipate changes in the market and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics to demonstrate value and ROI.
- Proven track record of successful account management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluency in English language (spoken and written).
