Senior Investment Analyst Job Description

As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in conducting detailed investment research and financial analysis to support informed investment decisions. Your expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting will enable you to provide high-quality written reports and presentations that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investment research and analyze financial statements, valuation models, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models to support investment recommendations.
  • Prepare high-quality written reports, investment memos, and presentations that clearly communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor portfolio holdings and stay up-to-date on relevant news, earnings, and macroeconomic developments that may impact investments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Cleared or pursuing CFA, CA, or related certification with articleship completed if CA.
  • Prior experience in investment analysis, financial research, or report writing with FP&A background an advantage.
  • Exceptionally polished written English with strong report writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong quantitative abilities.
