As a counselor, you will be responsible for engaging with leads generated through various channels, understanding learner goals, and recommending the right course fit. You will also pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance, build strong rapport with learners, and own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. Knowledge of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers is a plus, as is experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings.
