This is an opportunity to take on a high-intensity internship program focused on the investment team of a leading crypto venture capital fund. The successful candidate will work closely with partners to gain front-row access to deal flow from promising startups in the region and globally.

The internship will involve conducting market analysis, primary and secondary research on web3 domains, authoring thematic reports, and tracking adoption of blockchain across non-crypto industries. The candidate will also source, qualify, and evaluate startups using top-down and bottom-up approaches, lead deep-dive diligence on product, technology, market, and founding teams, craft compelling investment memos, and present directly to the Investment Committee.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience in a venture capital, investment firm, or a high-impact role in a crypto-native startup. They will have a deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, particularly in developer growth, community, and protocol positioning. Proven ability to manage complex projects, juggle multiple stakeholders, and deliver on tight timelines is essential.
