Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills, as well as experience working on financial statements, pitch books, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients across multiple industries, including Consumer Goods, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal Mining, Retail, Oil Gas, Financial Institutions, and Services.
  • Preparing financial analysis, including trading transaction comparable, operational financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
  • Creating pitch books, industry research, deals peers screening, company profiles, and discussion documents related to various industries.
  • Meeting project timelines and delivering high-quality reports packs to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Engaging clients independently via calls and emails.
  • Scoping new projects, structuring deliverables new research products, and producing informative presentations decks.
  • Demonstrating strength in client requester relationship building, information knowledge needs assessment, and working independently with minimal guidance.

Requirements:

  • MBA CFA CA with 2 6 years of experience in Investment banking.
  • Experience working on Investment banking projects, including detailed financial analysis and knowledge experience of working on financial statements.
  • Target identification trading transaction comps benchmarking ratio analysis and pitch book support.
  • Excellent written spoken communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Thomson, etc.
