Investment Banking Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting senior bankers on deal execution, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and fundraising deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support strategic insights.
  • Prepare investor presentations, pitch books, and deal collaterals that effectively communicate complex financial information.
  • Assist in transaction execution, including coordinating with clients, investors, and internal teams for smooth deal execution.
Qualifications:
  • CA Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Valuations, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
