Investment Banking Analyst

This role offers the opportunity to support our clients across various industries, including Consumer, IT/BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, and Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial analysis, meeting project timelines, and ensuring high client satisfaction. They will also conduct quality control checks on outgoing reports/packs and engage with clients independently via calls and emails.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scoping new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products, and producing high-quality informative presentations/decks.
  • Demonstrating strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.
  • Providing detailed financial analysis, knowledge/experience of working on financial statements, and target identification, trading, and transaction comps.

A strong background in Investment banking is required, with experience in handling clients directly through calls/mails and being well-versed in MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc. is essential.

Qualifications: MBA/CFA/CA with 2-6 years of experience in the Investment banking space.
