Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to clarify business needs and identify dependencies, impediments, and potential risks
  • Develop functional and non-functional requirements and design technical solutions using the Spring Framework and REST Architecture
  • Ensure overall quality and fit of the technical solution and application stack performance
  • Oversee development team progress to ensure consistency with initial design, development principles, and deadlines
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers through code reviews

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in system design and architecture with the ability to develop high-level designs and architectural blueprints
  • Proven experience in establishing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Technical leadership and mentorship abilities fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Deep understanding of non-functional requirements focusing on scalability, performance, and security

Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in the IT industry specifically in technical architecture
  • 10+ years of experience in the infrastructure domain with a focus on technical architecture and cloud-oriented solutions
  • Proven experience managing or working with JAVA and React JS frameworks
  • Strong experience in API architecture, Event Driven Architecture, and DevOps practices using tools like Terraform
  • Experience in analyzing new requirements designing technical architecture and implementing effective solutions
