Drive Business Growth and Retain Clients

As a Vice President of Retention, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and client satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that retain clients and increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to retain clients and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Engage with C-level executives (CXOs) to deepen client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Analysis of data and use of CRM and analytics platforms to drive business insights and personalized sales approaches.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of engaging with CXOs and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • CRM and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and negotiate at senior levels
