Job Title

The Role of a Senior Relationship Manager Assistant Vice President is pivotal in shaping the health and wellness landscape for our clients. This role demands strategic planning, effective communication, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

We seek an individual who can lead multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements, develop trusted relationships with clients, and create customized health management programs tailored to specific clients' needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with customers to design organizational health risk management and wellness programs
  • Prepare implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate health management vendors
  • Design and plan every aspect of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication
  • Supervise launch of health risk management programs
  • Manage operation of all health risk management projects and make changes in design and/or vendors as necessary
  • Lead and manage multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements
  • Develop trusted consultant relationship with client contacts through timely advice and efficient execution of projects
  • Work with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients
Requirements
  • MBA from a reputable Business School
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in General Insurance Industry
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients
  • Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from a service background
  • Domain Knowledge in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance essential
  • Knowledge of property and engineering lines an added advantage
