Project Lead - Large Language Models

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the development and implementation of large language model initiatives across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise in AI/ML, strong project management skills, and exceptional stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery for LLM projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Evaluate and establish efficient workflows for SFT, RLHF/RLEF, and evaluation pipelines.
  • Maintain high-quality annotated assets through diligent tracking and quality control.
  • Monitor KPIs: throughput, quality, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, OFAC regulations, and ethical AI standards.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define project roadmaps and ROI analysis.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients.
