Job Title: Principal Consultant - Lead to Revenue Advisory

 

You will play a pivotal role in reviewing value chain models for Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) functions and championing the implementation of new value chains at various client organizations.

  • Review value chain models for L2R functions
  • Assess current processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices/future state processes based on specific project and client requirements
  • Implement new value chains at client organizations
  • Advise Chief Revenue Officer/Chief Sales Officer and other stakeholders on customer engagement, sales, and revenue management processes
  • Drive transformation programs around Lead to Cash, preferably at an enterprise level
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams on solutioning expertise for sales pursuits and delivery engagements

Responsibilities:

  • Ambitious experience in consulting or related field
  • Core skills in Quote to Cash or Lead to Cash
  • Process and Value Chain experts with advisory and consulting experience
  • Previous experience advising CXOs or their N-1 stakeholders on Lead to Cash
  • Experience in Transformation programs around Lead to Cash, preferably enterprise level
  • Depth of experience in two or more industries, such as Manufacturing, Hitech, CPG, Life Sciences, etc.
  • Background in Sales and Marketing, Pricing & Complex CPQ, Billing and Revenue Management preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM process upstream and downstream functions
  • Nice to have: good understanding of data models, data structures, and high-level integration concepts
  • Foundational knowledge of one or more core ERP systems, such as Oracle Biz Suite, SAP, D365
  • Seven or more years of experience working with SAAS platforms preferred
  • Platforms skills around C4Hana, Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga, etc. preferred
  • Able to mentor and grow team members, provide thought leadership, and actionable feedback on deliverables
  • Ability to lead deal cycles is a nice to have
  • Thought leadership and White papers to credit are a strong plus
  • Speaker experience and part of Q2C Forums is a strong plus
  • Excellent presentation and articulation skills required
