Customer Success Representative - German Language

At Top, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and successful product adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and areas for product and service improvements.
  • Support founders in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct customer training sessions to help users maximize the value and effectiveness of our products.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation, tracking interactions and progress.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, helping to identify at-risk accounts and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field is a must.
  • Proficiency in the German language is essential.
  • Basic understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the customer success field, with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
