Key Responsibilities:

  2. Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.">
  3. Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.">
  4. Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.">

Operational Excellence:

  1. ">
  2. Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.">
  3. Manages team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects">
  4. Ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.">
  5. Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments">
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience">
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.">
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.">
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.">
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required)">
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred)">
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred)">

Certifications:

Adaptive Planning certification is a requirement of the role. Candidates must hold and maintain applicable certifications.
