Senior NetSuite Consultant Position

This is a senior-level position for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior NetSuite Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including Record-to-Report process implementation and support. They should have a proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects and possess expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record to Report (R2R): Design, implement, and optimize NetSuite solutions for R2R processes.
  • Configure and Manage Modules: Configure and manage NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting.
  • Process Improvements: Drive process improvements for month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
Procure to Pay (P2P):
  • Lead Design and Configuration: Lead the design and configuration of NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end P2P processes, including procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, and payments.
  • Optimize Workflows: Optimize workflows for purchase orders, approvals, and vendor communication.
Project Delivery Lead:
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop Project Plans: Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • NetSuite Certifications: NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred.
