Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Delegate Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with high-level executives, VIP delegates and buyers. In this role, you will be responsible for inviting and securing them to attend our flagship events.

Key responsibilities include identifying, engaging and building relationships with these high-profile attendees, communicating the benefits of attending and securing their participation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the event by delivering a strong, high-quality audience for our sponsors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-level executives, VIP delegates and buyers through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Build lasting relationships with these high-profile attendees to secure their participation in our events.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure sponsors meet their target audiences.
  • Represent the company professionally and act as a trusted point of contact for high-profile attendees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development or relationship management (preferably within events, exhibitions or conferences)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals
  • Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
