Technical Lead Job Description

 

Job Title: Technical Lead

The project is centered around integrating with external systems, ensuring data quality and integrity, and developing scalable and optimized solutions in the telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical vision and guide a team of developers to implement integration with external systems, ensure data quality and integrity, and create scalable and optimized solutions
  • Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to understand their needs and align IT strategy with organizational objectives
  • Educate technology departments on new frameworks and best practices, promoting solution designs that meet business goals
  • Analyze current trends in technology architecture and explore innovative solutions for continuous improvement
  • Manage technological risks by collaborating with stakeholders to make informed decisions
  • C coordinate ongoing activities and translate design concepts into operational reality
  • Deliver new functionalities and improvements, perform maintenance, and provide support through optimization and refactoring efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce platform with deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+) to effectively interact with client managers, development teams, and other stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering technical projects in a telecommunications or similar domain
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve platform limitations and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Able to remain calm and focused under tight deadlines with a stress-resistant and can-do attitude
