Customer Closure Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the end-to-end customer closure journey, ensuring seamless documentation, legal compliance, and unparalleled customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire closing process: agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Process Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and hassle-free handovers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to achieve smooth closures.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation.
  • Customer Support: Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and closing-related documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to elevate customer experience during the post-sales phase.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in closing or a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, customer-handling, and collaboration skills.
  • Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
